Onclick were excited to exhibit at the Building on Quality – Delivering Quality conference this week at the BT Convention Centre in Liverpool.
Our Managing Director, Lester Cunningham, was also asked to give a talk about Onclick’s involvement in Cervical Screening e-learning. The conference, which was organised by the North West Cervical Screening QARC, was for all professionals involved in the NHS Cervical Screening Programme in North West England.
Topics of the conference included the new organisational structure of the Cervical Screening Programme; current data and trends in cervical cancer; and the most recent technologies to improve diagnostic capabilities.
A presentation by Derek Parkinson, a gynaecologist at Liverpool Womens Hospital, featured women’s experiences at colposcopy appointments throughout the North West. The results came from an online colposcopy patient survey where women expressed their opinions and experiences on the whole process. This part of the programme was of particular interest to Onclick as we designed, hosted and managed the online survey.
Ourvery own Lester Cunningham received a fantastic reception for his presentation about Onclick’s involvement in e-learning for Cervical Screening. Onclick support a number of regional QARC’s by hosting dedicated learnzones for users and developing interactive and bespoke e-learning programmes such as Cervical Screening Update Training and HPV Testing. We are currently adding new titles to our Cervical Screening e-learning package, including ABC3 and Section 251.
